Abstract

A building certainly has a clean water distribution system and wastewater disposal system that aims to provide clean water that is suitable with the pressure needed by plumbing tools and can dispose wastewater without contaminating other places. The same applies to the townhouse building located at STT Seminari Alkitab Asia Tenggara (STT SAAT) campus. The existing plumbing system condition in the townhouse building is suspected to have problems with hydraulic conditions that result in damage to clean water distribution pumps and hot water pumps. To overcome these problems, a redesign of the townhouse plumbing system will be carried out on clean water distribution, hot water, and wastewater disposal system design using the fixture unit method. The results obtained using this method are raising the water tower 4.7 meters high from the roof with clean water tank capacity of 1000 L.
